it looks painful, but that's science for you.
here's a lesson: be a good grandchild.
even hippies can bum themselves out.
so by breaking all kinds of copyrights, i can get a free car?

proof that HITMAN could dance.

I'm convinced the best way to support our troops is to kill politicians.

I'm suprised he didn't get taken to court for reverse compiling a product.

Quote
Private organizations remain concerned, however, because documentation that supports the testing and legal reviews is classified. There's no way to independently verify the Pentagon's claims, said Stephen Goose of Human Rights Watch in Washington.

"We think that any time you have an emerging technology that's based on novel physical principles, that this deserves the highest level of scrutiny," Goose said. "And we really haven't had that."

So, basically what he's saying is, we don't know how harmful this is, so we shouldn't use it.  As opposed to the bullets the troops are using now.  Those are OK because we know how harmful they are (lethal).  Heh, good enough reason to not try the non-lethal weapon.

Evidently the distinction between torture needs to be tweaked a little.

We should have never made a standard for interrogating suspects, so now when we capture someone they know we can only go so far.

Things like this need to be kept on the downlow instead of published for all to see.

Yeah, following "rules" in war-related situations sucks, especially when the enemy has absolutely no regard for human decency or human life (i.e. recruiting children/teens for suicide bombings; using schools as shields, etc).
