teaser video hyping it up.
I remember when I used to play SF2, turbo and super SF2 all the time.

Oh I'm pretty sure it won't.
Not sure how it will look though. SF was always a 2D game but now most of the fighting games are 3D. Would be pretty cool if they made it actually stylized like the teaser.

A little off topic but Capcom is bringing another classic back and remaking into 3D - Bionic Commando

SF IV only needs Bison or Akuma, and it's already cool.

the original Bionic Commando was good, jury's still out for the new one.

Never played with Akuma. What SF version was he in? Alpha?

picture of "Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix" on PS network and Xbox live arcade later this year.
UDON did HD sprites 4.5x the original.

Looks interesting - not sure I follow what they mean by no parrying but you can still block.

I never played but I guess in SF3? they had parry as an (offensive) defense move that they could pull off if timed right when the other player attacked.

i'm still encouraged.
a lot of games had the parry, and it was very annoying.

There is an arcade version coming. Although it only mentions in Japan sometime this year (July-Aug). We always get stuff like this later than Japan. Maybe early next year?
