I think it's only the quest/mission givers and your responses to them that are voiced.  The player to player interaction will still be typing text I believe.

They recently posted a video which includes several classes with in game footage.  About 20 minutes in all.  Looks nice.

Signed up...and I think they take all levels of PC setup, as long as you meet minimum requirements, don't they?

Yeah they'll want to test a wide range of pc setups to make sure it performs up to their standards all across the board.  Plus you'll have some people with an old video card driver or something and they'll want to address those issues during testing than when the game goes live.
