we here in Kansas City have a baseball team.
and it sucks.
it sucks ROYALLY (yes, the pun was necessary.)
but to give us the
All-Star game?W.T.F. were you thinking?
yes they renovated the stadium, and it's all sexy now BUT -
1) the team still sucks.
2) the fans are horrible (I've lived here for 8 years, seen over 30 games, trust me on this).
3) attendance is a joke (you can buy tickets for less the cost of a pizza. which is a good thing).
4) they didn't renovate the area around the stadium. so there's not much to do but hop on the interstate.
this just confused me to no end.
will I go to it?
if so, it'll be to get autographed memorabilia, and at the very least I'll be easy to spot on TV.
so there's that.
