This is a bad video game turned into film.
A bad Tom Clancy book turned sideways.
Here's how you can enjoy this movie, albeit with some imagination used.
Imagine if the Cold War was still going on behind the scenes.
Now imagine that all American agents are retards, shoot recklessly and aimlessly, and then forget when to shoot the bad guy.
Also - imagine that our intelligence agencies are retarded, and we forgot how to do a proper background check.
If you can do all this, you will thoroughly enjoy this film.

If not - you can see the film's plot coming every step of the way.
You walk right next to it if you've seen spy movies before (i.e. the spider venom, the "secret" bad guy, when Salt turns antihero).
It's just a bad waste of time, like if all the past seasons of 24 got wrapped up into 1 script.
The stunts are okay, but they can't totally make up for what you're listening to.
In the end - 6.01 smashies.
