Way back when near the end of June....I lost my job. Got promoted to assistant manager and looked like I had it well. I was the supposed victim of a "C-Check".

"Stings" used by the company it's self to make sure their employee's are following the states regulations, guidelines and laws to not sell tobacco or alcohol to minors (Anyone age 17(tobacco), 20(alcohol) and below according to new york state).

Shortly after my promotion and into training I received my first "warning" to these supposed stings. I found this odd and weird because I ID everyone. I took it in stride thinking I had a bad night and just happened to fail one. I knew if I failed another that I would lose my job and I knew I was fortunate that it was not a "state sting", if it had been I would of been arrested on the spot and would of faced serious charges.

The day came when I saw another employee walk in, in uniform and then my district manager and another store manager walked in. My alarms went off and they didn't spare details. I was fired. They said I failed a second C-check that involved the same person. I find this so wrong. I know I ID everyone.

I applied for unemployment but the company said I sold tobacco to a minor........

Needless to say I did not. The people used during those stings are of age, they do not just have their ID's on them. I don't have the time or the money to take the company to court. Also I do not believe that the company hired to do these supposed stings actually came into my shop. I think they "fudged" the report. Other managers are fighting C-checks with video surveillance. So just because I lack the funds and recordings, my shops still ran VHS recordings that are over written by now, I can't do jack shit.

I am pissed. Other managers quoted that I ran that store better then anyone and I have customers that will no longer shop there because I don't work there. I just really want to drop an atomic bomb on capitalism. I honestly really don't care if we become communists. We were never a democracy to begin with. Corporations run this country....its sad to say it...but they do.

I am an atheist and I hate capitalism. So according to America...I am the devil.

Fuck capitalism, FUCK religion....seriously...faith and belief is one thing...religion just divides men. They can suck my GIANT cock. I'm not kidding...I am like porn star quality. They can suck it so hard Jessica Simpson will actually feel the effects. If the predicted civil war ever breaks out. I'll be on the front lines.

Well that story sucks.  I can imagine they are pretty strict considering they can lose their license in instances like that.  But seems like deliberately targeting an employee like that is a very dick thing to do.
