But she did it! Or did she?
Police Officer Marcus Martin characterized the cocaine as a "small amount," or a package of the size usually associated with personal use.
Hilton was arrested on suspicion of felony cocaine possession. If convicted of the low-grade felony, she would get probation, but any violation of that probation would be punishable by up to one to four years in Nevada state prison
Probation? Sorry...she was already convicted of drinking and driving in which she only spend 45 days in jail.....PROBATION?!
Hilton pleaded no contest in 2007 to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. After spending about 23 days in jail, Hilton told CNN host Larry King that the experience caused her to re-evaluate the role partying played in her life. She said she wanted "to help raise money for kids and for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis."
Apparently not. I mean seriously, with this evidence and statements made by herself....why should she face minimal charges? She is a repeat offender with a history... Goes to show you how so called celebrities get by easily. Or at least anyone with money. Why any attorney would actually defend her makes me question why people become lawyers in the first place. More precisely the intelligence of the judge or jury that would actually listen to the pampered words of an attorney defending someone that was guilty of such a crime.
I am so sick of this god damn world.
