I've been saying to get rid of the $1 bill for years now. The gov't just needs to do it and quit making it sound like an optional plan. They've been there/done that many time now w/ the same result: FAIL. People will bitch and moan, but they do that about the budget deficit now -- can't have your cake and eat it too, folks. For this one, people will just need to suck it up. Logically, this is the easiest decision to justify. The major opposition will come from people who just don't like "change" (pun intended).
