So I bought an ipod awhile back and ended up needing to reinstall Windows. The situation is that now that I've reloaded itunes it won't let me sync my ipod with itunes because the ipod is registered to a different computer - anyone recommend a good media player that'll let me import my ipod into it and vise versa?

You don't have any access to the music on your computer possibly on a 2nd hard drive? or all deleted with your windows?
I've never used any of these but here is an article on 3rd party programs taking the music from the ipod to the PC (backwards).
